What's going on over here??
I was working on a new commission this week, a new custom ordered painting for a newborn baby on a theme Queen's Guard.

COME TO THE CRAFT MARKET ON SATURDAY! 

I also started the preparations for new craft market at the new art school Inspiration Station on Saturday 7th September. It's a new place where people will be able to learn new skills like painting, drawing, sewing, crocheting and more. A place where I will certainly go to get inspired and hang out with other artsy people :) I can't wait for the official opening and to show you how it looks like.

Here are some photos I took last week when I went with my friend Gabi from Gab Atelier to meet with the owner of the school, adorable and friendly Mel.

Little Aviator Angel

Hello my dear friend!
My friend Marijana had an idea for a gift for a newborn baby boy Mauro - a painting which represents his parents. Mom a dentist and dad passionate about airplanes.
It took me some time to combine those two ideas in something that makes sense and I don't know if this illustration makes sense to you but Marijana loves it and I love it :)))
I think little aviator looks gorgeous, I love his pretty airplane and his cute little brown hat.

Little Aviator Angel

Surrounded with balloons, sending away bad moods 

He flies across blue skies up, up to the stars.

He's mission is to make us love and laugh a lot. 

Really live life from the heart up, up from the start.

Bravely he carries on, bringing happiness to every home.

Keep on flying my little aviator friend up, up till the end.

Princess Owl

Hi my dear friend!

I thought when I come to Croatia, after a hardworking time in Qatar, I will have a break. But since I came here, I'm working on commissions. 

The only break I took was last week. I went for 5 days vacation and spent them with my mom, younger sister and little nephew in Crikvenica (Croatia). I had a great time! It was totally different from vacation with my husband because we did everything around my nephew's schedule :)))) including getting up at 7,30am!!!! I didn't bring my paint there, so I didn't do much this past week. I also didn't have internet so it was a real break :)

In between of painting by order, I painted this little painting - Princess Owl. 

It's only 10x10cm and I used papers, stamps and acrylic paint.

Little sailor Angel

Little sailor Angel is my newest painting, painted for a newborn baby boy. I've got an inspiration for this painting when I found this little old bear in my grandparents home.

Sea garden is a name of my newest painting.

I'm wondering what is this lovely Sleeping Angel dreaming about? And what about the bunny?

I finished this painting last night. It is acrylic on canvas dimensions 40x30cm.

This Angel with flowers is for my parents. I stayed at their house for a week and they were so nice to me! Love you mom and dad!

 

I love my bicycle

My favorite vehicle is my bicycle! I have mat black Kona AfricaBike.
For every two AfricaBikes they sell one is donated to one of  Kona's Africa Bike Projects.
