Happy Eid aDha to my Muslim friends!

Last week was my Bday!!!

It was on Thursday, 10th October :) 

I'm 36, wow!!!

I'm so grateful for all the messages, emails, calls, songs and pictures I got :) 

It was one beautiful day and you made it more special! Thank you all!

She had so many paintings,

So many were new.

They were stashed in the cupboards,

They were stacked on her chair.

Last week I started working on my new paintings for Christmas, Silent Night and Singing Christmas Bird.

Next Saturday I will be selling paper goods with my illustration Little Pink Angel at the Pink Ribbon Awareness Day at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Doha. I hope to raise more money for breast cancer patients for their treatment. 

Come and join us for a day dedicated to increase awareness of breast cancer. 

Several talk-shows and workshops will take place focusing on healthy lifestyle, prevention, early detection and testimonials from survivors.

Giraffe card and brooch

I love to hear ideas from my customers and this one was a birthday card with giraffe brooch on it. Great product for future! I've already discuss this idea few weeks back with my younger sister who I call my manager. She is full of positive criticism and I always show her my ideas before I post it on Facebook. Yes, sometimes it's hurtful to hear that something is not good enough but better to hear from her than from the customers :))) My husband is the same (yes, I have two managers :)))) so if he or she doesn't like my idea I have to work on it more. And my older sister and mother, they just love everything I make. So if I need positive reaction I show my work to them and I'm in a seven heaven!!!!!

Happy Ballerina for real ballerina

This painting I painted for one special girl and real ballerina Nina.

Sad/happy

Today I am little bit of both: sad and happy. Why?
I sold tree of my latest paintings.
What makes me happy is that I know where they left and who they will be watching and guarding.

One of new owners is Miljenka. Hope he will be watching you with love and patience :)

Travel Angel my friend Albina bought for her niece and she sent me an e-mail today which touched me deeply. She wrote: Your paintings have a soul and starry with beauty and goodness.

New acrylic painting: Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday…. I repainted it a couple of times until I got this one :)
