My friend Maja from Croatia is visiting me and I took a little break from my work to show her the town :) and art scene in Qatar.
We visited few art centers: Msheireb Art Center, Katara Art Center and Souq Wakif Art Center.

We also went to see couple of exhibitions:
1. Noon Reports: Qatar to South Hook by Ben  Barbour at Katara building 18
2. Francesco Vezzoli’s first Middle East exhibition, "Museum of Crying Women" Katara QMA gallery
3. Summer Diaries - group exhibition of 5 Doha-based photographers who were selected in this community-sourced exhibition of summertime stories at Katara Art Center.
4. ‘Relics’ by Damien Hirst. Largest solo exhibition in the Middle East at Al RIWAQ Doha Exhibition Space.
5. Museum of Islamic Art

We still need to visit Virginia Commonwealth University Qatar - university for design and art and MATAF - Museum of Modern Art this week :)

Little art calendars for 2013

Every time I go to the printing company I get new ideas for my stationary program, so now I designed little art calendars for 2013 with 8 different illustrations.
They are professionally printed on a beautiful recycled chalk 250gsm paper, colors are vivid and brilliant and dimensions are 8x21cm.

You can put them on the wall with the clips, on the fridge with a little magnet or you can hang them with a little wooden cloth clips.

I love them, they look amazing!

On Saturday, 24th November, I participated in 2012 Annual Holiday Bazaar at the College of North Atlantic - Qatar (CNA-Q). The atmosphere was really nice.
